About the Course
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic and spiritual practice that combines postures, breathwork, and meditation to awaken and harness the dormant energy within the body.
My class focuses on kriyas which is central to Kundalini yoga. These are sets of physical postures, breathing techniques, and movements.
These kriyas are designed to target specific aspects of the body and mind, promoting balance and awakening the Kundalini energy. Kriyas are often dynamic and may involve repetitive movements or holding postures while focusing on the breath and specific body locks (bandhas).

I am a 500-hour certified Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga instructor, 100-hour certified Kundalini yoga instructor, and a 100-hour certified Kid's Yoga teacher.
