About Me

Hello, I'm Bojana, a yoga enthusiast, and a 760 hour Certified Yoga Instructor currently based in lovely Luxembourg and teaching yoga at House of OM and Mana Yoga.

Yoga has become a significant part of my life, and I'm truly grateful for the transformative effects it brings. I've been fortunate to complete 500 hours of Hatha/Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga training, along with certifications - 100 hours in Kids' yoga, Kundalini Yoga - 100 hours, Yin Yoga - 60 hours, Swedish & Thai massage therapy.

Yoga makes the greatest amount of sense to me. A sense of mission, a sense of purpose, significance, and internal glow. When I am teaching and practicing yoga, I connect with my authentic self; I am my own person. Yoga gives me the ultimate fulfillment and inner peace that no other profession or job did in the past.

The healing power of yoga fascinates me, and I'm always in awe of how it positively impacts people's lives, fostering awareness and balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Read my blog about how yoga helped me to heal inside and out.

My teaching style is grounded in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, where I focus on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. My well-rounded classes explore core strength, arm strength, hip opening, backbends, and standing balancing poses.

In addition to the foundational styles, I have some experience teaching Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Kundalini Yoga – each bringing its own unique benefits.

My journey as a yoga instructor began in 2019 after completing a 200-hour training course. I still remember the beautiful experience of teaching yoga on a deluxe ship while cruising along Croatia's Adriatic coast. It was a dream come true.

Since then, I've had the privilege to teach in a boutique yoga studio in San Diego, California, before taking a temporary break due to the pandemic. During that time, I embraced more teacher training and completed an advanced 300-hour course.

Traveling has allowed me to share my passion for yoga in various locations – from beautiful resorts in Panama and the mesmerizing Maldives to teaching at several yoga retreats in Spain and Portugal. Recently, I had the chance to explore Kundalini Yoga through a 100-hour Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. It was an enriching experience that opened new perspectives.

My mission is simple – to guide people on their yoga and wellness journey, helping them discover the beauty within and around them. I believe in the power of yoga to rejuvenate and transform lives, and I'm truly grateful for this opportunity. See my testimonials.
